# How do I refund a ticket?

Open the order and choose Refund. Owners and Admins can give full or partial refunds. A fully refunded ticket can no longer check in.

1. Open the event, then Orders.
2. Find the order and choose Refund.
3. Choose a full or partial refund and confirm.

The refund is made through Stripe to the buyer's original payment method. A fully refunded ticket is cancelled, so it can no longer be scanned at the door.
