# Konecto

> Konecto is an events platform: tickets, event pages, door check-in and a lasting attendee network in one place. Organisers run it in the Konecto organiser app, or ask Claude or ChatGPT to run it through the Konecto MCP connector. Free for free events. Konecto has no AI of its own; AI assistants operate it through the Konecto MCP server at https://mcp.konecto.ltd.

Konecto is in private beta. The API and MCP tool names may change before general availability.

- [How does lead capture work for sponsors?](https://llm.konecto.ltd/help/lead-capture.md): Sponsor staff scan attendee Konecto cards from their phone, the attendee agrees to share their details, and the lead lands in the sponsor portal with notes.
- [Who owns attendee data?](https://llm.konecto.ltd/help/who-owns-data.md): The organiser owns event attendee data; Konecto is the processor. Your own Konecto card, connections and chats belong to you.
