# Konecto

Konecto is an events platform: tickets, event pages, door check-in and a lasting attendee network in one place. Organisers run it in the Konecto organiser app, or ask Claude or ChatGPT to run it through the Konecto MCP connector.

Konecto has no AI of its own. Organisers use the Konecto organiser app, or an AI assistant they already use (Claude, ChatGPT or another MCP client) operates Konecto through the Konecto MCP server.

## Add-on modules (per event or monthly)
- Analytics: Sales over time, traffic sources, conversion from page view to purchase, check-in rate, attendee engagement and sponsor engagement dashboards.
- Kanban: A task board for each event with owners, due dates, reusable templates and a runsheet for the day.
- Finance: Planned against actual costs by category, ticket revenue added automatically after fees, a live P&L, break-even and cost per attendee.
- Sponsors: Sponsor tiers, deliverables, sponsor pages in the attendee app and post-event sponsor reports.
- Lead capture: Sponsor staff scan attendee cards, add notes and ratings, and export consented leads to their CRM from a sponsor portal.
- Team: A staff pool that carries across events, with roles, shifts and per-event permissions for editors and door staff.
- Communications: Email campaigns, reminders and segments for attendees, with scheduling.
- Pro site: Put your Konecto event page on your own domain, buy a domain from inside Konecto, and keep full version history.

## Pricing
- Free and registration-only events: free.
- Paid tickets: one per-ticket fee, set below the major marketplaces, published at launch. Stripe charges its standard card processing rate.
- Modules: per event or monthly; prices published at launch.
- Payments run on Stripe Connect; ticket money is paid to the organiser's own Stripe account.

## Websites
- Every event gets a Konecto event page at konecto.ltd/e/<slug>, built from 3 to 5 templates with organiser branding. No raw HTML editing.
- With the Pro site module the same page can run on a custom domain; the Konecto URL then redirects (301) to it.
- Fully custom sites can be built anywhere on the Public API, SDK and drop-in components. Checkout, attendee tickets and the attendee network always stay on Konecto.

## Attendee app (me.konecto.ltd)
- Ticket wallet first: attendees buy without an account and open tickets from the email via a magic link.
- Optional Konecto contact card with a personal QR. Connections and one-to-one chats belong to the two people and last after the event.
- Organisation communities: attendees who join an organiser's community see its events and members.
- Networking is optional; attendees are not discoverable unless they set up a card.

### What does Konecto cost?
Free events are free. Paid tickets carry one per-ticket fee, set below the major marketplaces. Add-on modules are optional, per event or monthly. Final prices are published at launch.

### Do I need AI to use Konecto?
No. The Konecto organiser app does everything. Connecting Claude or ChatGPT is a second way in, not a requirement.

### Do attendees need an account or an app?
No. Attendees buy without an account and open their ticket from the email. The attendee app is a web app at me.konecto.ltd.

### Who owns the attendee data?
You do. The organiser is the data controller and Konecto the processor.

### Does check-in work offline?
Yes. Scans are stored on the phone and sync when the connection returns, and duplicates are rejected.

### Can I move from Eventbrite?
Yes. Recreate your event in minutes, or ask your AI to, and import attendees from CSV.

### Can I use my own website?
Yes. Use the Konecto event page, put it on your own domain, or build a fully custom site on the Konecto API.
